[Carefully read] Please read this Agreement carefully before registration and accurately understand the clauses, in particular those relating to exemption or limitation of liability. If you do not agree to this Agreement or any of its clauses, you will not be able to complete the registration process. After registration, no defence shall be made in any form on the ground that this Agreement has not been read.
I. Registration information
1.1
When using the services of the Legal Services of China, users should provide true, accurate and complete information according to the prompts on the page of the Legal Services of China, and ensure that these information are updated in a timely manner, so that the Legal Services of China can better serve users.
1.2
If the Legal Services of China finds that users register accounts with false information or that there are violations of laws and regulations, the Legal Services of China has the right to unilaterally take measures such as correcting within a time limit, suspending the use of accounts or canceling accounts.
1.3
When registering and using the Legal Services of China, users must provide the Legal Services of China with true, accurate, complete, legal and effective information, and have the obligation to maintain and update the relevant information in a timely manner. The user shall ensure that illegal or undesirable information shall not appear in the registration information such as account name, avatar, etc. If the information provided by the user violates the requirements of this clause, the user shall bear the corresponding responsibilities and consequences arising therefrom, and the Legal Services of China reserves the right to terminate the user's use of the services of the Legal Services of China or to take other measures to deal with it.
1.4
As the service provider of Legal Services of China, in order to enable users to make better use of the services of Legal Services of China and ensure the security of users' accounts, Legal Services of China has the right to require users to complete real name authentication in accordance with the provisions of Chinese law.
II. Account security specification
2.1
Legal Services of China only allows each user to registered for one Legal Services of China account and the user is required to complete real name authentication. After the registration is passed, the user sets up and maintains the account on his/her own, and the Legal Services of China will not ask the user to provide the account password at any time. Therefore, please be sure to take good care of the account information and ensure that you exit the login at the end of each Internet online access period and take the correct steps to leave the Legal Services of China.
2.2
The user shall be responsible for the security of the account and for the acts carried out through the account. The Legal Services of China shall not be responsible for the losses and consequences of the account caused by the user's active disclosure or being attacked or defrauded by others.
III. Legal Services of China service specifications
3.1
The specific content of the service of the Legal Services of China is provided by the Legal Services of China according to the actual situation. Unless otherwise stated, the new products, new functions and new services launched by the Legal Services of China are governed by this Agreement.
3.2
In view of the particularity of network services, Legal Services of China reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate some or all of the network services at any time, and does not have to bear responsibility to users or third parties. As a result of force majeure, the Legal Services of China is unable to provide services normally, and the Legal Services of China is not responsible. The Legal Services of China will take reasonable action to resume normal services as soon as possible.
3.3
The Legal Services of China is only used as a platform for users to obtain legal service information, not an intermediary. Users according to their own needs, the Legal Services of China shall not be responsible for disputes arising from the voluntary establishment of a commissioned relationship with the on-site legal service organization or legal service personnel of the Legal Services of China.
3.4
Legal Services of China does not provide any type of guarantee, nor does it promise that the service will always meet the requirements of users. As a public legal service platform, Legal Services of China provides legal advice, information inquiry and guidance on legal affairs based on the information provided by users, which is only for users' reference. The Legal Services of China will not answer all kinds of cases that are being handled by judicial organs or administrative organization for law enforcement, as well as all kinds of cases that have been completed and entered into force.
IV. User behavior specification
4.1
A user shall not maliciously register an account of the Legal Services of China, or give, borrow, lease, transfer or otherwise authorize others to use the registered account.
4.2
When using the services provided by the Legal Services of China, users must abide by the requirements of national laws, regulations, normative documents and the registration agreement of the Legal Services of China, and shall not use the Legal Services of China service to engage in the following acts:
(1) To publish, transmit, disseminate and store violations of state laws and regulations, endangering national security and unity, inciting ethnic hatred and discrimination, undermining national unity, undermining national religious policies, publicizing cults and feudal superstitions, and spreading rumors, disturbing social order, undermining social stability, violating public order and good customs, insulting, libel, obscene, violence and so on;
(2) To publish, transmit, disseminate and store the contents that infringe upon the reputation rights, privacy rights, trademark rights, copyright, patent rights, portrait rights, trade secrets and other legal rights of others
(3) To fabricate facts, conceal the truth, mislead and deceive others
(4) To publish, transmit and disseminate advertising information and junk information
(5) To destroy, tamper with, delete or affect the normal operation of the Legal Services of China system or unauthorized illegal access to the data of other users of the Legal Services of China
(6) Login to or use the Legal Services of China and services through third-party software, plug-ins and plug-in systems developed and authorized not by the Legal Services of China, or to make, publish and disseminate of the above-mentioned tools
(7) Other acts that interfere with the normal provision of services by the Legal Services of China in violation of laws, regulations, normative documents or the registration agreement of the Legal Services of China.
4.3
The third party claims caused by the user's violation of this Agreement, the user shall bear the legal liability independently.
V. Termination of agreement
5.1
Registered users shall have the right to terminate this Agreement in any of the following ways:
(1) According to the account cancellation process of Legal Services of China, complete the account cancellation
(2) Users self-stop using the Legal Services of China registration agreement and related policy changes before they take effect and inform the Legal Services of China that they are unwilling to accept the changes.
(3) Other ways of terminating the agreement as determined by the Legal Services of China.
5.2
If the Legal Services of China finds or receives a third party report or complaint that the user exists or is suspected of violating the obligations, warranties or other clauses agreed upon in this Agreement, the Legal Services of China shall have the right to make a reasonable judgment, take the necessary measures immediately to mitigate or eliminate the impact of user behavior, and the resulting losses and consequences shall be borne by the user.
The "necessary measures" referred to in this Agreement include, but are not limited to, one or more of the following:
(1) To discontinue or terminate the provision of some or all of the services to the user;
(2) To Freeze or cancel of user accounts
(3) Other measures considered reasonable by the Legal Services of China.
5.3
After the termination of this Agreement, except as expressly provided by law, the Legal Services of China shall not be obliged to disclose any information in the user account to the user or a third party designated by the user, nor shall it be obliged to forward any information to the user or a third party.
5.4
After the termination of this Agreement, the Legal Services of China shall still enjoy the following rights:
(1) To continue to preserve all kinds of information listed in Article 4 of this Agreement retained by users in the Legal Services of China
(2) For users' past breaches, the Legal Services of China can still be investigated for responsibility of default in accordance with the law.
VI. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated by the Legal Services of China, all products, technologies, software, procedures, data and other information and related rights in the Legal Services of China shall be owned by the Legal Services of China. No one shall use it without authorization or use it for commercial purposes without the permission of the Legal Services of China.
VII. Protection of users' personal information
7.1
Users agree that the Legal Services of China in accordance with the Decision of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress on Strengthening the Network Information Protection, and Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Regulations for the Protection of Personal Information of Telecommunication and Internet Users (order No. 24 of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology) and other relevant provisions and this Agreement to collect, use, store, share and protect the personal information of the users.
7.2
The Legal Services of China collects and uses personal information legally and properly in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, and follows the following principles:
(1) Not to collect or use information by deceiving, misleading or forcing or in violation of laws, administrative regulations or the agreement of both parties;
(2) Do not collect personal information of users other than those necessary to provide the service or will not use it for purposes other than the provision of the service;
(3) Strictly keep confidential the personal information of users collected and used in the course of providing services, do not divulge, tamper with or damage them, and do not sell or illegally provide them to others, except in cases where the judicial organs or administrative organization require the Legal Services of China to provide them on the basis of legal procedures.
7.3
The protection of users' personal information is a basic policy of the Legal Services of China, the Legal Services of China guarantees that the registration information of users and users store the non-public content in the Legal Services of China when using the Legal Services of China service will not be made public or provided to third parties, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations.
VIII. Others
8.1
The laws and regulations of the people's Republic of China shall apply to the force, interpretation, modification, enforcement and dispute resolution of this Agreement.
8.2
The right to interpret the clauses and the right to interpret the use of the system shall be owned by the Legal Services of China.
