You can select one of the following main functions from the side-menu by tapping the top-left side-menu icon:
Do you know how many times a day that you check your phone?
This window contains Bar chart view and Overview views. The "Bar chart view" shows the count that you checked your phone in a bar chart view and the "Overview" shows the data in a calendar view.
This function can be disabled by unchecking the Settings > App usage > App usage option.
Show app usage history (Usage history)
Do you know how much time you spend on Facebook app? Do you know the time that you open Facebook or E-Mail app in a day? Do you know the total use time of a day or average use time of an app? This function lists the usage time of apps by you preferred sorting order. This usage information is helpful for you to check which apps should be uninstalled as they are not used. It can also be used for spying whether an app has been used by someone else (e.g. your kid, friend).
This window contains Overview, Bar chart view, Timeline view and Detailed view views. The "Bar chart view" shows daily usage in a bar chart view and the "Overview" shows the data in a calendar view. You can tap on a day to show the detailed app usage.
To show app usage for each day, please switch to the "Detailed view". Tapping an app item will list more functions for you to execute. You can show more items in a view by changing the column width (MENU > Column width).
The "Timeline view" shows the time that you open an app and the use time of the app.
If the app runs in the background, the background run time won't be added into the usage history.
This function can be disabled by unchecking the Settings > App usage > App usage option.
Do you know how many notifications a day that you received? Do you know which apps posted notifications frequently? This function shows you the number of notifications you received for each day. It also shows the time that an app posted the notification.
The default option is don't track. It can be enabled by checking the Settings > App usage > Notification history option.
Do you know the battery power is used because of which apps? This function shows your the battery usage graph over the past few days, as well as apps you used.
Do you know how many apps and which apps you used at a location? This function shows which apps you used at a location and the total use time of each app.
Track all installs (Installs history)
Do you know which app has been installed or uninstalled without getting your confirmation? Do you know how frequent updates of xxx app? This function tracks and lists the history of all installs and uninstalled apps by you preferred sorting order. It's convenient for you to track how many apps updated in a day, and how frequent updates of an app.
Tapping an item will list more functions for you to execute.
You can show more items in a view by changing the column width (MENU > Column width, or using the pinch-zoom gesture).
Are you running out of app storage? Do you know which apps that are not used for a long time? You can get more available space by uninstalling apps, but which one is bloatware? This function helps you to list apps by app name, usage time, update time or size, and allows you to uninstall apps easily and quickly.
This window contains INSTALLED, UNINSTALLED and SYSTEM pages. The INSTALLED page lists all installed apps by you preferred sorting order, and allows you to selected apps to be uninstalled.
To select apps, you can use one of the following methods:

Tapping an app will list more options for you to select.
The UNINSTALLED page lists all uninstalled apps. You can restore an uninstalled app by tapping, then tap the "View on play Store" menu item to install it from Play. You can also batch install selected apps by long-pressing an app to start the multi-selection mode.
The SYSTEM page lists all system(built-in) apps.
You can show more apps in a view by changing the column width (MENU > Column width, or using the pinch-zoom gesture).
This function will remind you when you spend on phone or apps for a long time. It can be turned on/off by going to: Settings > Over-use reminder
After enabling the function, please tap the "Apps" item and then check apps that you would like to be reminded.
To specify a different reminder time for each app, please check the app and then tap the app name to specify the time.
This function will remind you when an app installed. It will also notify you the digest of daily installed apps. It can be turned on/off by going to: Settings > App install reminder
It learns how you use your phone and promotes your favorite apps so you can get to them faster. The more you use it, the better it gets. This function shows a list of your most used apps on widgets or system notification. The list will be automatically updated hourly. It's a convenient way to quick start the apps you use most frequently. Please note that this function is only available for Android 4.1+ devices
To show most used apps on a notification, please go to: Settings > Most used apps > Notification. The default size of most used apps widget is 2x1, you can resize the widget from 1x1 to NxN. If you'd like to exclude apps from the list, you can do that by going to: Settings > Most used apps > Edit ignored apps
Edit notes
This function allows you to add any text notes for each app. E.g. purchased date, order number or login account. To add notes, please tap an app item and then select "Add notes" item from the popup menu.
